Analysis and Project Planning (Month 1-3)
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current education system in this country, identifying subjects and chapters.
Theory and Curriculum Implementation Planning.
Team Formation and Collaboration with planning and budget (Month 4-5)
Conduct interviews and select a group of professionals.
Work closely with the team to create a detailed budget and project plan.
Advertisement and Resource Recruitment (Month 6-7)
During this phase, as construction progresses (Month 6-24).
We'll launch an advertisement campaign to attract teachers and educators.
The recruitment process involves online interviews, where candidates submit a 10 to 15-minute video demonstrating innovative teaching ideas in vernacular.
After reviewing video submissions, confirmation emails will be sent only to selected individuals.
Place orders for essential items in alignment with the project implementation plan.
Continuous Monitoring and Online Training (Month 8-11)
Following the selection of candidates, we instruct them to prepare a lesson based on a given heading. They are allotted 30 minutes to structure the lesson in either English, as specified.
We request the teachers to outline the required resources for their lesson and provide a brief examination paper and quiz questions related to the same content.
Teachers must demonstrate lesson preparation using diverse styles and methods.

Online Teacher Training (Month 12-15)
Develop and implement a comprehensive training program.
Provide professional development opportunities, workshops, and seminars.
Monitor teachers' performance by assessing their application of the training through teaching the same lesson provided during the training phase.
Identify areas for improvement and address them accordingly.
Assessment and Presentation Preparation (Month 16-18)
Assign teachers to create presentations for their lesson.
create exams, and quizzes that align with the lesson.
Provide additional training sessions, both individual and group, performance in subsequent tasks.
Finalize the training program content and materials.
Continuous Monitoring and Improvement (Month 19-21)
Those people gather the required personnel.
Collecting resources for our educational project.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration among teachers through regular meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Provide ongoing professional development support to teachers to ensure their continuous growth effectiveness in delivering the WFEC project.
Develop a sustainable plan for the long-term implementation and maintenance of the project.
Peer Assessment teaching
Analyze the collected data to identify areas for improvement make necessary
adjustments to the curriculum, teaching strategies, and overall project implementation.
Pre-Launch Training: Preparing Teachers for the Project's Location (Month 22-24
Contacting a program about our innovative project to promote and market it in every school.
Collecting tools and resources for their presentation Before launching the project, we arrange a training session for the teachers at the project site.
We provide training on how to interact with them in the actual location, How to handle them, and how to teach them.
We also offer guidance on how to help them explore and express themselves freely in their minds.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the project progress, making improvements as needed.
Implementation (Month 25): With the building complete and the team trained, launch educational platform in this country.
