I am Shifna Haris, the Founder and Director of World Focus College, Sri Lanka. With a strong foundation in education and business, I have dedicated my career to transforming learning systems and creating groundbreaking opportunities for students, educators, and parents worldwide.

I hold an MA in Educational Administration and Supervision and a BA in Early Childhood Education, with over 14 years of experience in education, business management, and administration. I also have four years of research expertise, focusing on innovative educational models.

The World Focus City project is my original concept, born from years of research, observation, and commitment to revolutionizing education. Unlike conventional schools or universities, this project introduces an independent educational city that embraces advanced curriculum structures, innovative teaching methods, and a student-centered approach.

Since 2012, I have been leading World Focus College, which has grown to support over 8,000 students. Throughout my career, I have taken on multiple roles as a Multi-Responsive Administrator, Project Manager, Skill Trainer, Teacher, Lecturer, Researcher, and Guider, ensuring a holistic approach to education.

I am not just an educator—I am a visionary thinker and innovator. Every experience, every learning moment, fuels my passion to create something new. Whenever I see, learn, or experience something, my mind immediately transforms that knowledge into innovation, constantly seeking ways to redefine education.
